Grown with love

Our Blueberries

Pacific Northwest blueberries are bursting with natural sweetness and are considered one of nature’s most perfect foods. They are rich in potassium, iron, and calcium while remaining naturally low in calories.

Our berries are harvested at peak ripeness — plump, firm, and full of sweet juice. We carefully hand-sort and cook them in small batches, adding only pure cane sugar and water. By precisely controlling cooking time, temperature, and sugar levels, we preserve the fruit’s crisp texture and sun-ripened flavor.

Craftsmanship & Trusted Partners

We proudly collaborate with long-standing, family-owned Pacific Northwest partners who share PFI’s commitment to exceptional quality, freshness, and craftsmanship. From harvest through processing, every step is carefully managed to preserve the integrity of the fruit and deliver our “Fresh Fruit in a Jar” philosophy.

  • Cascade Fruit Growers (established 1958) – A respected family-run fruit processor with generations of experience handling premium Northwest fruit.
  • Johnson Foods (family owned since 1949) – Our jar processing partner with decades of expertise in food manufacturing and quality assurance.

Through these partnerships, we maintain the highest standards of consistency, traceability, and freshness—ensuring every jar reflects the premium quality consumers have trusted from PFI for more than 27 years.

Founded in 1958 by Otto Sinn in the heart of Oregon’s fertile Willamette Valley, Cascade Fruit Growers has been family-owned and operated for more than six decades. The company was among the first farms in Oregon to commercially cultivate blueberries in 1989 and has since grown into a respected producer known for quality, sustainability, and responsible land stewardship.

Cascade’s berries are sustainably grown using no-till cultivation methods, cover crops, and efficient low-water irrigation systems such as drip and micro-nozzle technology to reduce evaporation and runoff. The fruit is hand-picked to preserve integrity and maximize shelf life, maintained through an unbroken cold chain, and shipped directly to retailers and food service providers worldwide.

Established in 1949 and headquartered in Sunnyside, Washington, Johnson Foods™ has built a long-standing reputation for processing and distributing premium products, including fresh asparagus, pickled vegetables, maraschino cherries, dark sweet cherries and blueberries.

Drawing from the rich agricultural bounty of the Pacific Northwest, Johnson Foods™ supplies high-quality products to grocery retailers and food service providers across the United States and international markets, maintaining a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
